Why you are feeling low? (TIPS)

Do you know why you are feeling low? Yes, this is the long-term effect you are observing in you, remember the time when you last ate pizza, burger, or any other junk food. Yes, these are the long-term side effects of these.

But don't worry we will fix it together, because in past I also used to feel low, but by some tips, I rewired my body. After these tips don’t insist on yourself to change in one day, because it takes around 18 months to change a person's life. If you don't agree take a challenge for yourself, and change I’ll be happy for you. Save this post for the future, and respond to it after you change.

The above-pinned link is for a person who can’t fix his addiction, it can be drugs, cigarettes, p videos, junk food. Save that for later.

Now let’s come back to the point, let’s see the mindblowing tips to fix it:

#1 Drink water, now

I don’t have to be aware you the importance of water for living creatures. In fact, you can live without food for months, but can’t live without water for 7days!

So whenever you are doing work using the alarm technique, set an alarm every two hours to drink water. Do this for just two weeks and your body will adapt, the body will itself set alarm in the subconscious mind and it will remind you automatically, isn’t it magic? Before we move to another trick let me tell you a fact, the Brain gets more concentrations when it gets water.

#2 Stand up every hour

Use advance Pomodoro, I’ve talked it about in one of the previous blogs(click here for that, or save that for later). An experiment contrasts the difference between a mason and a truck driver. It was to check the health condition. Do you know who had better health? Of course, the mason.

Do you know why mason? Because he was doing more physical movement than the truck driver, the truck driver was sitting almost 9–8 hours in the truck. I am not saying to be a mason, hehe. I am saying you to take a break in every hour to stand up, it increases productivity. If you want to be more healthy you can use a standing desk.

Research shows that staying stationary — whether sitting or standing — for long periods of time, can be bad for your health. Our bodies are built to move and doing so for approximately three minutes every hour helps us feel our best.

#3 Meditation

Don’t skip this part, this is the most important part of this blog. Many people have already skipped it, I know. But people who have not skipped have more advantages than they do have. Personally, I like this method. Because it is very effective. It gives mental clarity. It doesn’t increase your IQ or EQ. It gives you self-awareness. You don’t have to be a monk for this. You just have to practice:

Meditation to calm yourself
1. Sit in a comfortable position, can squat down on a cushion or mat.
2. Close your eyes, in Gyan mudra.
3.
Now it is time to do breathing work.
Inhale for 4 seconds, Hold it for 4 seconds, Exhale it for 4 seconds. Do it ten times, see results yourself.

#4 Eat veggies

You eat trash, you will feel like trash. The food you are eating unconsciously in fast food centers made you lazy. Start eating veggies. It will help you to gain your lost strengths. Make at home again, don’t rely upon restaurants for that also, because cooking is a survival skill.

#5 Share your feelings, but to whom?

Now, this is the last one, it is very easy but many people identify it as unworthy and time-wasting activity. But I will not say you to do this, you have to make this decision for yourself whether you want to use it or not. And this is Journal writing. Yes, maintain a journal. You have to maintain a notebook in which you will mention your inner feelings that you feel hard to share with a real person. For me, this is very helpful. I care a lot about my privacy and don't share secrets with anyone leaving my journal notebook. You can subscribe to me because after some weeks I will share my experience of maintaining a journal for 90 days.

So finally all methods are over now, go and try these all. Don’t forget to add this to the reading list. Also, I have discovered a wholesome blog for you by Kushal Rathi, he is a wholesome writer. Read it now or save it for later because nothing is more important than your time.
